Welcome to your Lake James Homeowner Association website.
This website is constructed and supervised by lot owner/homeowner volunteers with oversight by the Lake James HOA. Every effort is made to make the site transparent, informative and accurate.
Lake James lot owner/homeowners and renters, who are registered and approved, can access community information, directory, committees, minutes, covenants, etc.
As a condition of approval, you give Lake James HOA permission to electronically communicate with you.
The website should be thought of as a 'library', not 'Facebook' or a legal document. With a constant turnover in owners and residents, it fulfills the need for any approved member to read and retrieve information that is important to their living in the Lake James community. It also serves the purpose of being the depository for community management reports/votes/research/opinion, including items from the HOA Board and committees. The website is not a replacement for the Covenants, Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws but the website may contain additional explanatory information and reference material.
The Lake James HOA may use website communication tools to contact registered homeowners via electronic means voluntarily provided.
